Returns Policy

You’ll understand that the shirt we send you has been made especially for you, and that’s why it is important for you to get your measurements right. If this is your first time ordering from Victor York, it might be sensible to order just the one shirt to start, to nail down your specifications.

On your first Victor York order

If there is an issue with your first order, we are happy to offer you free alterations, exchanges or Returns. You should contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

We would suggest that if you have never purchased a tailor made shirt before, it would be sensible to order just one trial shirt to begin with... just to ensure that you are completely happy with the fit.

On all subsequent orders

If there is manufacturing defect or we have accidentally made a mistake with regards to the sizing or customisation options that you have chosen, then we will be happy to replace the shirt free of charge. Please contact us within 30 days to arrange retrun of your item (you will need to bear the return shipping costs yourself).
